It is my prayer that this blog will be a place where I can capture and record special moments. I don't want to forget the small moments that make my ordinary life EXTRAORDINARY!!!
One more week. I have managed to do pretty well over all. I am making it to the gym at least 3 times a week which isn't bad . I am very excited to tell you I will see you on Wednesday, can't wait.......See ya soon and great job to the rest of your girls.
I'm glad we have one more week! My subtle lifestyle changes are finally starting to pay off a little! I've lost total of 6 lbs. My goal is still to do weights 3x/week, and I met it last week, though still struggling with a consistent quiet time. :( Good luck you all!
I got really excited that there is one more week because I was hoping to finish with a bang, but then I realized that I am going to be on vacation the rest of the week.... it isn't going to be pretty I'm afraid. But really, who can blame me, I am going to get to eat out with out high chairs, screaming, crying, food flinging, or anything else that involves young children!!! I am going to actually go to a restaurant and eat and have adult conversation....can I handle it????
Okay, okay, my weight loss for the week was 0, nothing, a big fat goose egg. Well, I didn't put much effort into it, I have just been up to my eyeballs in busy (don't ask me doing what, I don't know, I've just been really busy!!!)
Prayers this week for us traveling (and for me being able to leave my babies????), for Chance's grandmother (Dr. think she can only hold out about 2 weeks or so)and for Casen who has been sick!!
Yea...one more week! I actually have a scale (well, I powered one) and am down at least two pounds (really not sure how far I had gone up) but I am feeling great! Spent the entire day at the grocery store redoing my pantry with healthy choices....getting rid of sugar and flour - and it feels fantastic!
So appreciate all your encouragment along the way...has really helped to keep me focused - just wish I had been this organized, focused and excited from the beginning :)
What a relief to have one more week. I am finally making small but some progress. I am down 1/2 pound, and have joined an office group that is doing what they are calling Chubby Challenge. I weigh the least of anybody. Still not what I need to be. I have finally gotten going more on my exercise, and I am drinking 64+ oz of water every day. I can tell that is making a difference. I have been able to stay away from excess sweets in the past 2 weeks which I am excited to be at that place. I think I am finally getting the correct mindset. God intends for me to have a healthy body, I have just got to give myself time to get there, and actually contribute to the process. My goal this week is to watch my snacking when I am not really hungry, and to do better with eating lunch. I have had a tendency to skip until I am about to pass out. My snacking is healthy stuff, but I feel a little too much. I want to still walk at least 3 times this week. So far I have walked Mon and did 2 mile walk video today. The video pushes me a little harder. I am looking forward to continued accountability with the group I am joining. I hope everyone has a great finish. It has taken me a while to get here, but I am feeling progress. Jackie
I forgot my prayer request is for safe travel for my husband and son. They have taken a trip together to Washington DC and have a lot of driving ahead. Jackie

We just got back home ("for real" this time!)and I am READY to get back to a healthy routine!

I'm ok with 1 more week maybe if I starve myself all this week I'll end up losing some more weight.
I lost 3 lbs this week. I've been sick and not eating so really nothing I did on my part.
